Zirnhelt Ranch Grass Fed Beef Order Options
You can order your beef in either a 'side' or a 'quarter' quantity. The price is based on the animal's hanging weight and includes processing and wrapping. Typically you get approximately 160-170 lbs from a side and 80-85 lbs from a quarter. Sides are $5.00/ lb and mixed quarters are $5.10 /lb.
If you choose to order a side of beef we can offer a range of custom cutting choices. The choices with a quarter are more limited as it is difficult to match one customer's requests with another sharing from the same side of the animal.
A down payment of $200 dollars is required for a side and $100 for a quarter. Money can either be emailed to us or cheque payments can be mailed to: Zirnhelt Ranch, PO Box 3, Big Lake Ranch, BC V0L 1G0
